Mike, the technician did the maintenance on our sump pump. He was friendly and knowledgeable. Did a great job! I asked about a future project and was advised accordingly.

I used the company to waterproof my finished basement and install a sump pump. They promised I would never have to worry about water again. The work was completed 4 weeks ago. THERE IS WATER IN MY BASEMENT!!! I’ve tried to resolve this with the company but they can’t seem to get someone scheduled to come out to correct the issue.

Ron Stromswold came by today and checked out our basement. He was so knowledgeable and gave us so much information on what we need to do to make some repairs. I am happy, he was so thorough and if we EVER need any help with our basement, Groundworks is now in my contact list. Thank you Rob!!!

Just met with Jim Beatty. Looking forward to working with Jim and the groundworks team to get my basement waterproofed.
