He was extremely thorough and very professional
I worked with Adam Martanov, Field Inspector, for Groundworks.He made two site visits to our property to assess possible fixes to a retaining wall. He was punctual, detailed, professional, patient and incredibly helpful. He represented Groundworks so well. Ultimately, because of the terrain of our property, Groundworks chose not to bid. Shayan did an excellent job inspecting the foundation of our house. His work was thorough, and more importantly, he patiently explained to us his findings and recommendations. We deeply appreciated his work.
We recently got the expertise advice after crawl space inspection for our home. We are grateful to have Mark Brill from Groundworks come over and do the inspection for us. He was very thorough in laying out the details especially what areas has issues, what's the risk, the plans to fix them and the costs. He also provided details about the breakdown of tasks, time required to finish, warranty information and financing/savings options available. Overall, we have a great experience with Mark and his consultation service.
