I would not recommend them. They do not follow up on work they said they would. I had them come in to help adjust a slab which they did. Also suggested additional work and I approved it. Unfortunately they hit a water pipe for the pool which they did fix. Now that area sticks out like a sore thumb. Then found out they blocked some drainage lines with what they inject to stabilize the slab, which someone came out and said they would have them run a camera to see what is causing the blockage, they never came. Our building was sinking. The foundation crew, Tarik Miller, Ty Patton, and John Patterson, were great! Very professional and experienced in what they do. They stabilized our foundation with 21 helical piers. The inside crew, Richard and his helper, injected poly fill and raised the floors and also stabilized the floating concrete floors. They also were great and very professional and experienced. Highly recommend Groundworks for foundation and floor repairs.
