I had a great experience with Groundworks. The technician, David, was very professional and knowledgeable with my situation. He explained in detail what caused the problem and what it would take to fix it. I would recommend Groundworks to anyone having foundation or crawl space issues.
My wife and I have a rental property that is 2.5 hours away from okc. The floor of the house was sagging a bit. We wanted a professional company to look at it. Groundworks did an exemplary job waterproofing my mom's basement during an absolutely brutal heatwave. Mark Lopez (forman) and associates Diego Aleman and Justin Hammond were very professional and kept us informed throughout the process. Would have been beneficial to know inserting pier/stabilizers within the house was not possible prior to having flooring pulled up. This was questioned at time of quote, but was told it was required to stabilize foundation. Isn't there a way to identify thickness of foundation and to identify beams when assessing intended plans.
