Mark Robichaud arrived as scheduled and met with us to review the situation with the water in the basement. Upon examining the problem, he immediately identified the source of the water through the humidifier on our heating unit. Mark reviewed our various options related to the basement and foundation. We were very pleased with his professionalism and ability to address our problem comprehensively. We look forward to continue working with Groundworks!!

November 11, 2025 Update - Today Groundworks completed the second part of our project - the caulking of several control joints along our sidewalk and driveway, along with lifting a portion of the sidewalk that had dropped a few inches.
