Meg is awesome! So glad I found Groundwork Therapy. Meg is super nice and the space is relaxing. I always feel great after getting a massage here, and I tried Gua Sha and cupping for the first time here and loved both. Prices are very reasonable and Meg has a first responder discount as well. Definitely recommend!

Meg is an excellent massage therapist! I got to work with her for several years, through many aches and pains and even a pregnancy and she was always attentive and worked with my needs. I can’t recommend her services enough!
I can come in with some major aches and pains, and with seeming very little effort, (But I know there is some truly advanced training here!) I can be pain free after a session. Meghan is Is so talented and lovely, I really enjoy my sessions with her! Everyone should treat themselves to feeling good, Inside and out!
