As a newcomer to Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, I had a lot of apprehensions about going to Groundwork Grappling. In my first class, everyone (coaches and students) was very welcoming. They've been very patient with me. The culture here is one of welcoming, learning, and teaching. The first class is free and there's never any pressure or sales pitch associated with goods or services. And it's a great workout.
