If it is fitness you really seek, then you must talk with Gio. Well worth the extra 30 yard walk from a chain. Comfortable area for one on one classes as well as 20 size group. I'll be back in November to work with them again!
Gio is awesome. She brings a passion and a sense of fun to the workouts that ya just can't find anywhere else. I really appreciate how she helps me to make an exercise harder or easier to fit my personal fitness needs. Definitely worth checking out!
