We bought our well supplies here and had an excellent experience. Brian was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and went above and beyond to help us. He gave clear advice and guidance for our water pump and well installation which made the process so much easier. Fantastic service-highly recommend this store!
Needed a pump part not in stock so they removed one from pump in inventory. Excellent customer service. Highly recommended.

This is perhaps one of the companies in BC that I like to buy their products from, because they are fair and also have very competitive prices. The quality of customer service is amazing and the technical service too. Their employees are very professional and friendly.Now I understand why they have over 50 years in the water pumps field.🤝🤝
I called them to talk about a problem with my water pump. It was one of the driest , unfriendly persons I've talked to, the one who spoke with me. This is not customer service. I do not know if he had a bad day or just did not like my overseas accent. Very unpleasant overall.
