I have been using them for over 40 years and have always gotten the best service, excellent prices and top quality products. Five Stars is not enough.
This is perhaps one of the companies in BC that I like to buy their products from, because they are fair and also have very competitive prices. The quality of customer service is amazing and the technical service too. Their employees are very professional and friendly.Now I understand why they have over 50 years in the water pumps field.🤝🤝
I called them to talk about a problem with my water pump. It was one of the driest , unfriendly persons I've talked to, the one who spoke with me. This is not customer service. I do not know if he had a bad day or just did not like my overseas accent. Very unpleasant overall.
I called them regarding a new pump bought from them, Very rude and Completely Unprofessional way they talked with me. Telling them the problem was like i did a crime. Dont buy anything fron these people or you will regret,if you need any customer service afterwards.
