It’s was very informational and a great learning experience about solar power. Mr Jerry Jones and Row Jones was very professional and helped with all my solar needs.
Our journey to get solar has not been a smooth one. With the Solar America salesperson as just the start. They changed installers before we had our project even begin. I would not recommend Solar America to anyone. Entergy has been horrible to work with! They recieved free power from me for eight months before they acknowledged my system. This company is top notch! Great people to work with and when it came down to the installation part they did an awesome job! We had a couple of issues with the materials not being delivered but it didn’t slow them down. They went into town got what they needed and made it happen. Definitely went above and beyond! After the install we had another issue on Enpahses app but between Jack and Zack, they got us fixed up and the whole system is working great! After doing some research and searching for reputable companies my wife and I came across Groundup Solar & Electrical. We decided to take a chance and call. Mr Jack was very pleasant to work with and knowledgeable. We set up an consultation and he came out to our home. He went over our options and what would be best. Even should a 3D model. I'm extremely satisfied and would recommend.
Phenomenal service & very knowledgeable! Installer did a great job with installation. Will definitely recommend!
