The drivers arrived later than planned (which was fine, I did request that) and immediately the driver begins acting as if he cannot deliver the product. A rather expensive mattress. Kept my item for over a month. They don’t answer the phone and I had to call multiple times just to speak to someone. They also didn’t deliver on the set time and date. So unprofessional
Set up a pickup for 2/28. They called and asked to change it to 2/27 which i agreed to and rearranged my schedule for. Then they no showed with no call. Update - set up another pick up date for 3/3 which they have once again not shown up for.
