I had a TV delivered to the wrong address and never received it. For an entire month, I called repeatedly asking where my package had been physically delivered. Each time, I was only shown a delivery photo and was never provided the actual address. It felt like I was expected to be Inspector Gadget and somehow figure it out myself from a picture. Can't recommend this company. Paid a few hundred dollars for the delivery of a piece of exercise equipment and was told that they'd schedule a four hour window for the delivery on a day the following week. That was all totally reasonable and fine. Delivery day comes, no one calls to confirm the window, no one shows up to do the delivery during the four-hour window. No show, no call on 2nd rescheduled delivery. 1st time they canceled the last 20 mins of delivery window. Called several times to confirm arrival with affirmation and continued to no show/call. Daniel & Alexis are the managers that have failed on our white glove delivery service which we didn’t have an option to select through Maersk. Absolute nightmare.
The two men who delivered my chair were beyond kind and professional! I also appreciate how easy it is to get in touch with customer service and their willingness to help with whatever I needed. Great service all around!
