I've been using groundswell for about 8 months now. I think previous negative reviews are associated with previous owners of the company? Every visit, the gardeners systematically go through my to do list and their scheduled maintenance list. I've had some truly disappointing experiences with other gardeners but Groundswell have tamed my garden from a messy unkempt jungle to a pleasing, formal, edible permaculture garden. We had Sunti and Sarah at our home in Camberwell all day today for a much overdue garden care. Weeding, mulching, trimming, fertilizing etc. They were prompt, friendly, professional, worked hard all day and provided an excellent result. Super knowledgeable and passionate about their work. Highly reccomend!
