On May 22 we contracted with Groundspro to level out our front yard,lay sod and add a sprinkler system. The owner talked a good talk about how important communication was and guaranteed satisfaction with the work. We gave them 50% down on the sod and paid the sprimkler system in full.They installed the sprinkler system, supposedly leveled off the front lawn and laid sod. Terrible customer service and scrupulous business practices. Charged me multiple times for services that were not completed. Declined to fix a sprinkler head the mowers broke off. Told me I needed a new sprinkler system (which has now worked another 4 years since without issue). Was not willing to work with me on my concerns about overcharging and inadequate work. And then came to provide a service 3 weeks after cancelling our contract and expected payment.
