During a scheduled bush trimming appointment the men had trampled my flowers and cut a wire that left me with no internet/cable access for 3 days. When I called John Coffey he was quite rude as I tried to explain what had happened that day. He insisted no one is perfect and things like that happen. He offered no apology of any kind and just babbled on about how people expect work to be done and how could they not trample things if they were in the way.
