This company is a SCAM!! Don’t USE THEM. They accept reservations from clients and charge them but are NOT PAYING the drivers. There is no one to speak to in regards to your payment. Please don’t book with Groundlink Worldwide, they are stealing from drivers.
Groundlink is a scam company I stopped to work with them , I had 1 trip which never got paid , job was done right and no any complains. If somebody looking to book with them , you have a high chance to take bus . They don't pay for the chauffeur. I attached the screenshot which they put 0 $ amount for no reason . Pay 119$ .

I’m an affiliate company providing services to Groundlink in LA area. Shame on this company… I’m certain that they charged customers for services rendered but this company doesn’t pay for the services provided by companies like mine…I did a job for this company and have not gotten paid… never again will work for this company… For affiliate companies looking to work for these people be aware…
We booked a car and driver to pick up my son & daughter-in-law from their wedding venue in SLC. They never showed and we received no call. Later, I found an email saying canceled. In the fine print it stated they had the right to cancel up to 2 hours in advance if no driver was available. What a horrible policy. That leaves no time to make other arrangements. Why is would they not call? Horrible experience.
