I am not even sure how to write an accurate review to articulate how happy I am with Allie and Grounding Tree. Allie has helped me to reframe my thinking and change the way I view myself - and not even in a positive way. She has helped me to change the ways I view the "negative" parts of myself and accept them and change them, rather than fighting and suppressing them.
