Shawn was great to work with, and we love our beautiful new home!
DO NOT use this builder! Shoddy construction, he does not follow up on discrepancies for his new built homes. He didn’t follow up on my one year home warranty. Shawn’s reputation precedes him. He is well known in the Lapeer area for poor business ethics. Avoid him at all cost!
