Rob is excellent and intuitive, with a deep understanding of both myofascial release, massage, and functional movement. If you want to work with someone with a full-spectrum approach he is your guy 🚀
My session with Rob was one of the best massages! He is very knowledgeable and had some recommendations and exercises beyond my expectations in regard to posture and alignment and that proved very helpful. I appreciated how he listened and made sure to address the areas of concern for me - he did not do a ‘protocol’. I felt safe and relaxed and almost fell asleep! Wow! Being in Rob's presence alone is a gift. He really has a way of intuitively tuning into what someone is needing.
