My session with Rob was one of the best massages! He is very knowledgeable and had some recommendations and exercises beyond my expectations in regard to posture and alignment and that proved very helpful. I appreciated how he listened and made sure to address the areas of concern for me - he did not do a ‘protocol’. I felt safe and relaxed and almost fell asleep! I look forward to every session with Rob and make it a key part of my self-care. Thank you Rob!
