I had previously ordered from grounded tea 2-3x and received my order with no issues. Recently, I placed an order May 2 and gave it until the long weekend to reach out to see the status of my order and to ensure my order wasn't missed. However, I've had multiple attempts to contact them via email, the website and phone and have not heard back. Their website states "will reply in 24h". Every tea blend is delicious, but the Caramel Cacao and the Chilled Hibiscus teas are the absolute best. Locally owned, they're the best choice for any tea you could possibly need!
Love this local tea company. Their Chai tea is my favourite and I consider myself a bit of a Chai tea connoisseur... also their Hazelnut Honeybush tea is amazing. I love that not only am I supporting a local business but am also helping to fight poverty in tea producing countries. I had Grounded Tea make up tea packages with a custom organization label for a recent fundraiser and it really elevated our event!
