Shay is one of the very best! Yoga, Pilates, sound bath - all of it is outstanding! I’ve been going to her classes for a year, and she is fantastic! In studio and on line are great.
Great studio! I wanted to find some relaxation for my last night in Arizona. Shay was incredible. From the poses I've never done to the sound bowls I haven't heard in ten years, Shay knows her stuff. Definitely coming back when I return in the spring.
A little hard to find but it was a great yoga class!
Had a really great experience here for a Hot Pilates class with friends . I love heat ! Class was challenging and fun. Good music . I do prefer darker moodier lighting but overall enjoyed. The only con is trying to find the location , I had no idea I was looking for a converted garage studio in a house . It’s a very cute studio conversion but it took awhile to find the entrance in back . Look for the A -frame .
My first time coming here today to this studio and Shay was very warm and welcoming. I felt very comfortable and the class was great!
