I love Grounded Roots Chiropractic. Dr Erika and staff are so personable and friendly. Dr Erika cares about the whole person and their families. Dr Erika asks about things going on in her clients lives and celebrates the victories and checks in on the stresses. She truly cares about her patients and their overall health. I have never been to a better chiropractor.

I really do enjoy my time and care at Grounded roots! There's only been 1x or 2x when I felt it got hectic and my appointment felt rushed. I feel heard and cared for! My hips, knees, and elbows definitely can tell when I dont go. Im grateful Dr.Erika has gotten me to the point I can be mostly pain free between visits. With general life, I know things come up.
