Lauren is very attentive in what she does. Had ion bath and she knew what questions to ask me before hand and what I should experience after. Very well done. I would get the ion foot bath again
My son and I joined Lauren for Baby+Me Yoga! Everything about the class is very thoughtfully selected, from the postures for a postpartum body, to the music (I’ve absolutely loved the playlists each week!). The intimate setting makes it easy for Lauren to assist if necessary, which is helpful when you’re juggling a little one!
Prenatal yoga with Lauren was a wonderful way to connect with my body, my baby, and a community of other mamas!
Dr. Lauren is very kind, talented, and compassionate psychologist. She specializes in trauma work with her clients, and I've been very happy to hear amazing results she helps her clients create. I absolutely recommend her for anyone who is looking for a compassion-centered trauma treaatment and care!
