Sharon was so professional in her practice . She explained her techniques and prepared me for the session . After she completed her assessment she gave me time to integrate the healing , and returned to explain her next steps . This was truly a life changing experience. I highly recommend her a your next practitioner !
I recently had my first reflexology session with Sharon at Grounded Reflexology. Now, I have a long love affair with foot massage and firmly believe that touch therapy of any kind is, or can be, in and of itself, therapeutic. Amazing session with Sharon. I’ve been having some issues with my right foot. She picked up what needed to be released. The calm space put you right into relaxation. I absolutely love Grounded Reflexology. Highly recommend!
Sharon is amazing! I had been struggling with mobility for months. A friend suggested I try Sharon’s Structural Reflexology.after my first visit my ankle pain was gone, the swelling was 95% gone.
