Sharon was so professional in her practice . She explained her techniques and prepared me for the session . After she completed her assessment she gave me time to integrate the healing , and returned to explain her next steps . This was truly a life changing experience. I highly recommend her a your next practitioner !
I recently had my first reflexology session with Sharon at Grounded Reflexology. Amazing session with Sharon. I’ve been having some issues with my right foot. She picked up what needed to be released. The calm space put you right into relaxation. I absolutely love Grounded Reflexology. Highly recommend!
Sharon is amazing! I had been struggling with mobility for months. A friend suggested I try Sharon’s Structural Reflexology.after my first visit my ankle pain was gone, the swelling was 95% gone. I can walk comfortably without foot pain (after the first few steps) - amazing! I now have energy and hope for a very active future!
I started seeing Sharon for structural reflexology a few months ago and have been very happy with her services. She is knowledgable, caring and took the time to understand my health issues. The space is inviting, the process is relaxing but most importantly with each treatment I have less foot and leg muscles pain. I highly recommend Sharon for both classic reflexology and structural reflexology.
