Thank you Grounded Massage Team!! I went in for a massage. It was my first time with Ryan and he suggested doing 3 types of massage which I had not tried before. It was therapeutic, swedish (with lotion) and fascial release (I think). I enjoyed each aspect of the different techniques. I could tell my muscles were releasing with the stretching and movement of the fascial part of the massage. I felt more open and upright after I went about my day.
