We moved into a house last year that had great potential for the backyard, but it had many bad features: several stumps (one in a raised bed with surrounding concrete), different types of concrete (some parts cracking) the list could go on. After working with Grounded, we have our dream backyard! It’s incredibly functional (having a dog and a toddler, that was a must), and it’s stunning! It’s my favorite place to be when I’m home. Scott and his team did a great job, we couldn’t have asked for better!
3 weeks ago we had Scott come by for a consultation. We talked about the job and he took measurements.He was going to put together a design BUT...We never heard from him again. His voicemail box was full. Texted with no response. Be careful.
Scott a was fantastic listener during the design phase, actively incorporating feedback and working within budget constraints to get the job done.
This was our first experience landscaping our yard. Scott and his team were outstanding to work with. Scott came over and we discussed what we were wanting. He drew up multiple designs for us to choose from. Once we select a design, his team went to work removing the current landscaping. Everyone on Scott's team were very professional. They cleaned up at the end of each work day. We have small dogs, and they made sure to cover our backyard each night so they wouldn't get into mud if it rained.
