I had my massage with Natasha and let me share that she is the ultimate professional. I was having lower back issues and when I left my body felt like jelly. Her office space is clean and serene she was very welcoming the entire 90 min session flew by so fast. I’m already looking at booking my next session with her. Do not hesitate contacting Natasha if you have a desk job or work outside. She will truly tune into your needs and help your body relax. 10/10 highly recommended

I went to Grounded and Wellness for a massage with Natasha due to intense shoulder pain—so bad that even taking off my shirt was a struggle. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was calming, and Natasha was incredibly professional and attentive. She focused exactly where I needed it, and since my massage, I haven’t had any issues with my shoulder! I’m beyond grateful for the relief and will definitely be returning. Natasha is truly gifted at what she does. Highly recommend!
