I just saw Liana for the 3rd time. Everytime I leave her place, I feel so relaxed and energized. She pays so much attention to details and is always sooo gentle when she touches you. You can feel her calm energy which helps you relax and I even fell asleep. I love how she starts and ends with 3 deep breaths and how she's mindful and let's you know when she's going to do something or apply something cold. She's such a sweet soul, she's amazing!

I can't say enough good things about Lila and Grounded and Glowing! Since I started seeing her, my skin has completely transformed—less redness, fewer breakouts, and noticeable improvements in aging. I have been going to Grounded & Glowing with Lila ever since I moved to the area in 2021. She is so good at reading my skin and knowing just what I need. My skin has improved so much under her care.
