Jeff Dory came out and was fantastic! He was knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to explain everything so I could better understand the issue. He quickly diagnosed the problem and got it resolved efficiently. I really appreciated his expertise and great customer service. I highly recommend Grounded Electrical & Mechanical!
