Very prompt (arrived early!) , very professional and thorough explanation of the issue and repair. I really appreciated the video of the arcing that took place.

These guys were just awesome. They reduced the cost by $100 less from their initial quote since they were able to find an easier way to install the bidet outlet I needed. Definitely did not expect that price reduction since we already agreed on the initial quote. Highly recommend this company. They were on time, polite, and worked efficiently.
