We've used Grounded for several lighting projects in our home, and they've done an excellent job every time. Most recently, they installed new lighting, mounted our TV on the wall, and moved the electrical outlet behind it so we no longer needed an extension cord. Everything was completed professionally, and the finished work looks fantastic. Grounded Electric is top notch. I called around 8:30 and they pulled a couple of guys off a project to come take care of me. They got here before 10, which was impressive enough. Almost beat the utility guys to my house. Tree knocked down the line and pulled the meter off the wall. They did a quick inspection to ensure safety and repairs, had it remounted, and the power back on in about a hour including a quick lunch break. Even repaired the siding when they were done. Very prompt (arrived early!) , very professional and thorough explanation of the issue and repair. I really appreciated the video of the arcing that took place.
Called right back and came out in about 30 mins. Had to replace a couple things.Did the work and charged me 1 hour. Very pleased & HAPPY with the service,the time & the work.Need more later They are THE ONE to call!
