I wanted to like this place, but I struggled. The whole place is a bit pretentious and the younger staff at the counter were snarky and unhelpful when I asked questions about the coffee. My wife and I both ordered food, but hers didn't come out until I was finished eating. They expect a tip (and we did tip) but you have to collect your own food from the counter and there was no service at all. Just a really quirky place with good food and beverages. Service is always friendly.Â
The inside area was dirty. The bathroom door needs to be adjusted too hard to unlock. The pastries could use more flavor, not too pricey. I actually went in today, October 24, 2025 had a horrible experience went with a dear friend of mine. She had never been there. We both ordered the Americano. I ordered it with the regular cream.
