I started with Sam in the middle of June 2023. We’ve been at it 5 months now and I have no plans to stop any time soon. Everything is better. My mood, my strength, body composition. I couldn’t be more pleased. Sam is very personable, patient, and has the ability to work very well with people’s shortcomings.
