I started with Sam in the middle of June 2023. We’ve been at it 5 months now and I have no plans to stop any time soon. Everything is better. My mood, my strength, body composition. I couldn’t be more pleased. Sam is very personable, patient, and has the ability to work very well with people’s shortcomings. Excellent facility and a very good strength coach, Starting Strength qualified plus he's just very good at what he does. Great coach.
Great place to work out. Sam’s knowledge of lifting form and technique is great. My sons and I love working GZ Strength.
