Sam is a certified Starting Strength Coach and helped walk me through proper safe form on the major barbell lifts – squat, press, bench, deadlift, and power clean. I started with Sam in the middle of June 2023. We’ve been at it 5 months now and I have no plans to stop any time soon. Everything is better. My mood, my strength, body composition. I couldn’t be more pleased. Sam is very personable, patient, and has the ability to work very well with people’s shortcomings. I’ll admit it took me too long to get proper form on some of the lifts, yet he never made me feel inadequate, and just kept up with the minor adjustments until things were correct.
