Very pleased with our Ground Zero Shelter. The install took less than 3 hours. Richard and his install team were very knowledgeable and the shelter was well built. Thanks for a job well done.
Had a large underground shelter installed. Overall my experience was great. Pricing was competitive and they were able to schedule me way sooner than other companies. Customer service was very helpful and accommodating. Richard did a great job installing and the shelter itself seems high quality.
Ground Zero did an excellent job installing our large underground shelter. We have a post-tension garage slab and the original home builder put in a 4’x8’ block-out for a future shelter back in 2013. The location of the block-out, however, was 8 ft in from the garage door making the installation difficult. The GZ installer had to drive in and out his mini-ex about a hundred times it seemed, and he had to duck his head under the door opening every time. It has been over a years since this company installed our shelter. They were punctual, friendly and fast and they did a great job. I will say very professional and fair price! Highly recommend them!
