Rachel was amazing!!! She found all my problem area's and was extremely professional. She made me feel completely comfortable and I was laying naked on a table. lol The atmosphere was very relaxing and clean. I will most definitely be returning.

My massage therapist was incredibly professional, attentive, and truly skilled—she took the time to understand my needs and tailored the session perfectly. I left feeling relaxed, refreshed, and completely re-centered. If you're looking for a peaceful space to unwind and take care of your body, I highly recommend Ground Zen. I’ll definitely be back!
The rating was more to do with the amount of talking the lady did Couldn't really relax for listening to her talking the whole time The massage was decent but hurt for a few days after I don't feel the situation I had was focused on enough Very welcoming atmosphere and staff Just need to let them know that you want to relax not chat
Clean, friendly, efficient. Rachel gave me a great massage and really gave great pressure when I asked for it. It was also a good stretch. It’s reasonably priced, and she went the whole time. Nothing negative to say.
