I called Ground Up Electric to investigate an electrical problem at my house. The owner, Matt, got back to me and was at my house in 24 hours to figure it out. He took the time to carefully go over the system, in order to diagnose the source of the problem. He then decided to work late hours to get it fixed as quickly and safely as possible. I 100% recommend this company. Fair, honest, dependable, great communication. If you have any sort of electrical issue, do yourself a favor and call them first.
Matt was great through the whole process. Arrived on time, explained the process very clearly and walked us through what he was doing. Gave us advice on what to do for problem areas in the future without the typical salesman pitch. He worked cleanly and efficiently from start to finish. I would hire him again in an instant and recommend his service to others.
Matt came out the day I called to address my outlet and breaker box for a new 20amp draw treadmill. After completing the job we noticed the plug prongs were damaged on the treadmill secondary to delivery and Matt repaired that for me no questions asked. Honest, sincere, fair and very knowledgeable. He will be my ho to electrician going forward

Matt helped us with some new outlets and wiring for a dishwasher and flat screen TV. He arrived promptly, was super friendly and explained what he was doing, and also helped us with some other questions about the electrical in our house, which we recently moved into. He worked very quickly and the price was as he'd quoted. Would definitely hire him again!
