This is a building that we wanted taken down. I posted it on Marketplace and immediately Mark Scholtes from Ground Up Construction from Durango, Iowa replied. He came and we both agreed that if we gave him the building, he could have it but the mess had to be cleaned up. This is what we were left with. Now, he will not answer calls or texts. Please be aware!!! This was our experience and it was a bad one!!!!
He is an unlicensed contractor who took my money and never came back!
Charged for work that was never completed. Do not recommend their services
Very Disrespectful unprofessional worst quality that can be provided by a contractor , I wish I would be able to post pictures on here to show the work that they did So be aware if you want a good quality work they are not the people to do it
