We had Ground up Constructing do repairs on our lakefront cottage foundation. We had problems, we still have problems, sent Ryan the owner an email asking for a schedule as to when it would be corrected....NO REPONSE. Had to deal with Ryan (the owner) on another issue after he altered the proposal and did unauthorized work. HE CAN NOT BE TRUSTED. Do yourself a favor and do not fall for his sales pitch and give him your deposit ("Company Policy"). I did and got nothing for it. Your only recourse with this unprofessional... read more
Be very careful when dealing with Ryan at Ground Up Constructing. He is NOT a trustworthy person. He lies and does not live up to his word.
