We're so happy that we found Ryan and his Ground Up Constructing team to do a fairly extensive renovation on our cottage/townhouse in Muskoka - new bathrooms, kitchen, flooring, lighting & winterizing a summer-only sun room to allow year round use. I engaged Ground Up for a major renovation of my house. The plan was to remove a single-story portion of the house, to rebuild it, and to move the kitchen into the newly-constructed portion of the house.
