Ok. No one likes to have to take their car to have dents or other things fixed after a collision (got rear-ended). Gina at Ground to Graphics makes the whole ordeal very pleasant. From the time I walked in until I picked up the vehicle, she kept me informed of everything. However, she went a step beyond.
