Horrible customer service. I had to have a soil compaction test done for footings on my new home before we could start the foundation process. The guy showed up in his car, never greeted me nor did he introduced himself. They tried to instantly sell me cement casons for over $14000.00. When I asked them about alternative methods for supporting the footings I never heard back from them. Several weeks later they sent me an invoice .
