We signed a contract with Joe Tepper, Ground Precision, on April 20,2024 for an inground pool. He told us he has built many, which was an absolute lie. He actually showed us pictures he pulled off of the internet, saying they were of his work. Joe promised the pool would be completed by June 15, 2024. Today is October 31, 2024 and we are finally done. But not before Joe took our money and never showed up again!!! We gave him 50K and all he did was dig a hole, rebar and some plumbing.
