Atrocious customer service. Was at the Las Vegas Veterans Affairs hospital, came out of a meeting to a GPRS van parked directly behind my car. I was on my way to another meeting, asked the tech if he could move the van so I could back out. Tech said “No”, stared at me and shut the van door in my face. I waited 20 minutes and finally a different tech appeared from the van, I asked him and van was moved right away. After I emailed GPRS with pictures of van blocking me inand their tech’s attitude with no response. So be careful... read more

Professional and good to work with
We hired GPRS to locate water and sewer for a dig site for a new manufactured home. The tech was unable to locate the water and sewer and gave invoice for $700. The markings they provided were the same items Miss Utility were able to provide. I requested a phone call back from the manager who refused to have a conversation about the billing. Few months later they hired a collection service who will enforce the bill and communicate on there behalf. Invoice is being paid in full but did not have any value in the service that w... read more
