GLI has been our go-to transportation for our office due to ease of booking and reliability; however, I am not happy with the sneaky increased fees and non-transparency. For example, we just booked several trips with them to/from LAX for international flights. The prices we were given for our trip confirmations were significantly less than the final prices we were actually charged. I have been using GLI for a while now and would highly recommend for anyone wanting professional car service with a focus on service. Mike is typically my chauffeur and he's fantastic.

I had an excellent ride today by Luis from JG black car service which might be a subcontractor for GLI. Luis was wonderful! A completely safe driver who knew his way easily from the Waterfront Hilton in Huntington Beach to Manhattan Beach to LAX. He was even on top of my flight details and knew that my flight was delayed five hours before I did or the concierge service who planned my travel. Luis is a very safe driver and his car is luxurious and meticulously clean. Luis was wonderful.
Driver was frazzled from the first phone call. Driver did not come inside to get me instead had to wait and walk through airport traffic and call him to try to find him. (Not sure if greeting customers inside is currently allowed) Entered the car and it was older and a bit of a mess. He started driving and immediately started telling me how his car was overheating and he just topped it off with coolant and now it says it’s over heating again.
