I gave Tyler 2 stars only because his design work was good. His installation was pathetic. We had him redo the landscape/hardscaping on a house we were remodeling. As you can see from the photos they just covered up the old sidewalk. I’m not sure if it is his standard practice or poor supervision. Either way is unacceptable. His crew also didn’t tie in the 4” drain that collected all the water from our rear downspouts, so it had no where to go but create a big hole in our yard. Tyler and the Ground Effects crew did a great job creating a beautiful landscape. From concept to completion the team was professional, efficient, and organized. The initial project was a big installation as the original area was nothing but rocks and a slope. The Ground Effects team transformed the area into an oasis to enjoy with a pleasant path, lots of plantings and a fire pit. I also had a tree installed in the front.
