For the past 8 years, Ground Crew Services has provided exceptional service and superior quality to my yard, landscaping, and driveway (for snow removal). I am very demanding and expect perfection. Michael (the Owner) and his team has surpassed my expectations with being on-call as needed to complete any task at any time. I don't know of any other full-service operation in that will answer the phone at 4pm on a holiday and have a crew to your house in under 1 hour to remove a fallen tree branch blocking the driveway.. Best looking lawn ever – Ground Crew saved my lawn, tried to take care of it myself for several years. Looked ok but was riddled by weeds. Within 2 years I have a beautiful looking yard. They respond quickly to problems and perform as expected.
Frustrating Year! – Ground Crew was awarded our condo association's landscape maintenance contract for 2005. Promises made repeatedly and not kept, poor service quality, slow response, had to repeatedly ask to get anything done, argumentative owner. Would not recommend!
