Ground Control has such a laid back atmosphere. Everyone there is as chill as can be. The instruction is super clear and Jonas is really attentive. He’s an awesome coach and always makes sure you’re improving. Same goes for the MMA and kickboxing classes… great energy and great people all around. If you’re looking for a place to train this is it.
Ground control jiu-jitsu is top notch instruction located in Glenpool Oklahoma. Great environment and culture..... wonderful kids class. Jonas is great whether you are 5 or 55. They also have striking and MMA classes as well. Go check them out, you won't be disappointed.
I absolutely LOVE Ground Control! The environment is so supportive and just full of some really great people. I 100% would recommend anyone come here! Kids, men, and women all can get some good exercise while learning how to protect themselves! Jonas and Stephanie are a couple of the nicest people I've ever met, and it is always good to see how great Jonas is with my 4 and 6 year olds.
Top notch facilty and instructor.
