Good food and service
This was a one star experience by far because The food was mid. The service was horrible. and you should never eat here ever again because you can easily make this at your house also, a lot of the food we got tasted like it was microwave and you could’ve went to any other place and they would’ve done it better also, the atmosphere wasn’t very good I think they’re only popular because they’re next to a very good burger place and they probably only get good sales on Monday and Sunday. Salads are great. Nice little spot. Catering is good also.
We ordered Groucho's in GVL for work lunch, and it was wonderful! Everyone's order was individually labeled; all order modifications correct and complete. They even have the good mints! Lunch was amazing and we will be ordering again.
I had a terrible experience with a sandwich delivered through Uber Eats, and since Uber had no real support, I contacted Groucho’s directly. I was told a manager would call me back to make it right, but no one ever did — not even a follow-up call.
