Called and asked for a duplicate key to be made and explained all the details and answered all his questions. He told me they could help me and they gave me the amount they would charge me. I gave him year, make, and model. I asked if I should call 1-2 days before to schedule an appointment. I was told yes, if I didn’t mind to call to make sure they weren’t doing a job that took a while. He said it would only take 10 minutes to do what I needed. The guy that scheduled my appointment was the rudest person ever, I hope their service is better than their attitude. I will follow up with my review after service is provided. 😠

When I went in they were very rude and grumpy. They weren’t able to make the key I wanted but they could’ve at least been nice about it. I called another locksmith who came to my house and did it within 30 minutes and he was actually nice.
Made me a key for me that “couldn’t be made”. Nice guys, too. Reasonable price.
Wonderful service! We had trouble with a key made at Lowe's and Grott's was able to make a perfect copy within two minutes. :)
