I have experienced nothing short of exceptional service from the Grottoes Pharmacy! The staff is warm and oriented to great customer service. When I transferred to this pharmacy, all my big box store problems disappeared. My only wish was to pack them up and move them to the new city I live in as now those problems have returned. It is sad that every pharmacy can not be as thoughtful as the Grottoes Pharmacy. Thank you for all those months of outstanding service!
Called 5 pharmacies to price check a medication and they are the only ones who refuse to give a price. No insurance, just a straight price check. Must be really hard. Another reason to use a different pharmacy!
The people at the register are rude and very unfriendly! It's the only pharmacy in the area that has my medication or I wouldn't go there ever!!!?
A little customer service and a smile could go a long way. Sad excuse for a pharmacy.
