BEWARE. I have frequented this location and the former Bressi Ranch, Grotto Spa (now King Spa) location, roughly 7-10 times, and my final straw was April 2022, to which I am still paying for that visit. They failed to perform proper vetting/background checks and hired a known sexual predator to work between this location and the Bressi Ranch location. Outstanding Experience at Grotto/Forum Spa I had the most incredible 90-minute full body massage at Grotto/Forum Spa—hands down the best massage I’ve ever had. From start to finish, the experience was pure relaxation and therapeutic bliss. The massage included warm oil, hot stones, warm towels, and incredibly intuitive, therapeutic touch. Highly do not recommend. They did not take any medical history into account and I wasn’t even asked what pressure I would want. The lady also clearly had a phone on the table as I felt it vibrate during the massage. Very unprofessional and really was not a good massage at all.
