Made an appointment month prior to Mothers Day. Called two weeks prior to confirm only to find no appt. had been made. Confirmed the appointment again only to show up on Mothers Day with no appointment. Tired of the false pretense that they do not understand English. Done with this group. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
Had a wonderful massage from May today. My partner always asks for Coco who also give an amazing massage. I can't understand the negative reviews on this site. Yes, it is a no frills spa but the masseurs are experienced and it is half the price of any other spa. I am happy to give them the tip of $20 for an excellent massage! I paid 3x this amount for a mediocre massage at the Estancia hotel in LA Jolla. Plus the fact that they dont speaking much English is an advantage; no awkward conversation during the massage. Horrible experience and I sent money to them electronically to gift my sister a prenatal massage and I showed them proof that the funds were sent after them ignoring me once I sent the money. They’re claiming that they never received it and they’re not willing to call. They just keep saying sorry we can’t help you and ignoring me. Thieves!!!
Had an ok message but receptionist did not like my tip amount. I should have taken it back but did not have a chance as she wanted more. I left and will never return There plenty of places to go with 5 stars. I found one it del mar that is cheaper and better.
