Angela at the front desk was fantastic—greeted me with a warm smile right as I walked in. I briefly explained exactly what kind of massage I was looking for, and she made sure to communicate everything perfectly to the therapist. The massage itself was excellent and hit the spot. It’s a very relaxing, comfortable environment, and the staff really takes care of you. I’ll definitely be back.

This place is honestly so disappointing and I’ve been coming here off and on for years. I’ve experienced four scheduling mix-ups in just one month, which points to serious operational issues. I have only kept trying as I bought a block and now don’t know what to do with the vouchers. Basic front desk communication on phone or in person seems to be a consistent problem, and it’s frustrating when something as fundamental as booking and customer interaction isn’t handled properly. I’ve now had three massages here, and unfortunately each experience has been disappointing. During my most recent visit, the therapist appeared unsure of what they were doing, frequently asking a colleague for guidance throughout the session. The massage was also stopped about 15 minutes early, only to resume in a disjointed and inconsistent way after being told it wasn’t complete. Was expecting better since I had a great experience at the Carlsbad location. Very disappointed to say at the very least. The deep tissue massage was not deep tissue at all, just a bunch of body oil and light hands.
