I hired Grotto Plumbing to do some work at my place, part of the job was the replacement of a toilet. They didn't change the toilet as I bought the wrong toilet (not that they gave me any spec before I bought it). They still charged me for it, when I wrote to complain, Chris didn't even bother answering my email. They damaged the initial toilet and made the situation worst, this was on a Friday, and they left saying they would come back on Monday to fix it, leaving us for the weekend with a broken toilet.
