One word, horrible! As a kid growing up and visiting the beach we used to love Grotto pizza now as an adult living in DE it’s a different story. The customer service on the Pennsylvania Ave store is horrible. The Friday night manager on 3/27/09 was a smart a$$ and basically unresponsive to my concerns. I ordered a cheeseburger and a side of beach fries. Arcade Grotto's is the best pizza in the world! I have never tasted any pizza sauce as good as this. Try a cheese slice with parmesan cheese sprinkled over top - killer. This particular location has some games/arcade to keep the kids busy.
service is a little slow.Waitresses need to pay more attention to customers
