Mark is great if you don’t require any further communication or clarification in a process that so often requires both. Although his job seems to be something that a sophisticated AI can do well, law requires that a human handles reading over contracts and ensuring signatures are put in the correct places. You’d think that having a human invested in the process of buying a home would be a benefit, but I’d much rather deal with an AI than Mark because he is rude, knowingly obtuse, and is prone to interrupting and talking over... read more
